Our glass wearables don’t hide the processes that brought them into being. In fact, here at Broken Plates, we think those processes are part of what gives our jewelry their depth and beauty.
You’ll find the proof in the precision and repetition a CNC waterjet helps us achieve for our sculptural wearables, the tactile texture left behind on our hot pressed pieces, and the beautiful variation and character of color in our blown glass silhouettes — a necessary side effect of the human element of perfect imperfection.
