Once our digital jewelry files are cut out at the waterjet, we take the individual glass pieces back to our studio to remove the 'tabs' that held all of the pieces together and to sand down the edges to prepare for 'fire polishing in the kiln. ⁠⁠

Each piece is heated to a melting temperature that ensures that all of our edges return to their glassy high polish finish before being assembled into their final forms. ⁠⁠
